このヴィラを設計したE-concepto studioの建築家David Domínguezは、建物の垂直性を見事に際立たせています。内装を手掛けたTerraza Balearは、3階建て1000平方メートルのインテリアデザインによって、オーナーが経営する会社を象徴する哲学と本質を各部屋に表現しました。天然石やクルミなど上質な素材を選び、有機的な色彩、質感、形状の組み合わせにより、壮大な景観と完璧に調和したバランスのよいコントラストを生み出しています。
メインエントランスは意図的に垂直性を強調し、ウォールナットの天井を通してベルベル城の眺めを縁どるように工夫されています。1階にはエントランスホールのほか、リビングルーム、ダイニングルーム、メインキッチン、読書室となるオフィス、そしていくつかのテラスがあり、屋内と屋外の空間をシームレスに融合させる意図が最大限に発揮されています。ニュートラルカラー、ピュアなフォルム、そしてMinottiの代表的なプロダクトが全体に貫かれ、インテリアとエクステリアをつなげています。
リビングエリアには、ロドルフォ・ドルドーニのConneryシーティングシステムを中心に、nendoのToriiアームチェア、Solidコーヒーテーブル、読書室のJensenアームチェアなど、Minottiの精緻な作品が並びます。このエリアの色彩は、天然石や周辺の森の緑を基調とした有機的な色でまとめられています。
広々としたダイニングルームには、マルシオ・コーガン / Studio MK27による重厚でミニマルな大理石テーブル Linha、キッチンエリアにはドルドーニのスツールAstonが置かれ、細部にまでこだわった空間になっています。
メインテラスからは、地中海とバレアレスの空が融合し、敷地を囲む緑の森と壮大なベルベル城が水平線を形づくっています。Terraza Balearは、その象徴的なカラーパレットによって内部と外部を結びつけ、融合させることに成功しました。屋外のラウンジエリアは、夏の夜長に家族や友人とくつろぐのに理想的な場所となり、ダイニングエリアは、中間色と緑色がバランスよく配され、コーガンによるチーク材の優雅なQuadradoテーブルとドルドーニによるAston “Cord” Outdoorチェアが置かれています。プールエリアは同じくドルドーニによるSunrayシーティングシステムとアームチェアの包み込むようなデザインで縁取られ、親密感とリラックス感を力強く表現しています。
1階にはマスターベッドルームを中心に、テラスに面した3つのベッドルームと親密な雰囲気のリビングルームが配置されています。マスターベッドルームはまるで神殿のような、静寂と完璧なスタイルに包まれています。柔らかな中間色のパッド付きヘッドボードを備えたキングサイズのLawrence Bedと、ウォールナットの特注サイドテーブル、Jacqueアームチェア、Freemanベンチ、Oliverコーヒーテーブルの組み合わせが特徴的です。
プライベートテラスでは、Sunrayデイベッドで素晴らしい景色を楽しみながらくつろぐことができます。地下には印象的なワインセラーのほか、ジム、スパエリア、ゴージャスな屋内プールがあります。この素晴らしい隠れ家で、大切な人と有意義で貴重な時間を過ごすことができるのは間違いないでしょう。
