Suspendida entre el azul del océano Atlántico y la serenidad de Golden Beach, en Miami, la residencia 255 Ocean se concibe como una experiencia habitacional en la que arquitectura y paisaje dialogan en perfecta continuidad, mientras que los muebles de Minotti contribuyen a definir su identidad. 

Compuesta por una residencia principal y una casa de invitados independiente, la propiedad diluye los límites entre interior y exterior mediante un lenguaje proyectual coherente que realza la relación visual con el paisaje natural que la rodea. 

La planta baja se despliega como un amplio espacio de encuentro, concebido para acoger y disfrutar de la vida en común. El sistema de asientos Seymour, diseñado por Rodolfo Dordoni, constituye el corazón de la zona de estar, acompañado por los sillones Tape de Nendo, mientras que los asientos Vivienne de GamFratesi configuran una segunda área de conversación en diálogo con el resto del espacio.

La arquitectura se extende de forma natural hacia el exterior, donde la infinity pool, trazada a lo largo del perímetro de la villa, guía la mirada hasta fundirse con el horizonte del océano. Aquí, las piezas de mobiliario se incorporan al entorno con discreción: Tape Cord Outdoor, de Nendo, en sus versiones de comedor y taburete, dialoga con los sistemas Sunray y Florida, diseñados por Rodolfo Dordoni, dando forma a un paisaje doméstico en el que el confort llega hasta la playa. 

Los distintos niveles de la villa quedan conectados por una escalera concebida como un gesto ligero y escultórico, suspendido en el interior del volumen arquitectónico. En la primera planta, el área dedicada al entretenimiento alberga un elegante bar, una zona lounge y una terraza panorámica. La pureza de líneas del sistema Horizonte, diseñado por Marcio Kogan / Studio MK27 y caracterizado por una inédita sensación de suavidad y una cuidada confección de inspiración sartorial, encuentra un refinado contrapunto en los volúmenes envolventes de Torii Bold, de Nendo. La espectacular zona de comedor se completa con las butacas Fil Noir, diseñadas por Christophe Delcourt. 

El patio exterior alberga el sistema de asientos Florida y los sillones y butacas de comedor Aston Cord Outdoor, todos diseñados por Rodolfo Dordoni, reforzando la vocación natural de la villa por disfrutar de la vida al aire libre.  

La zona de descanso se concibe como un refugio silencioso, donde la luz natural atraviesa las amplias superficies acristaladas y las vistas al océano pasan a formar parte esencial de la experiencia de habitar. La cama Tatlin Soft Bed, diseñada por Rodolfo Dordoni y caracterizada por una sofisticada confección, crea una alcoba dedicada al descanso. A su lado, el sofá Torii Bold, de Nendo, y el sillón Emmi, de Hannes Peer, configuran una zona lounge privada concebida para bajar el ritmo y dejarse envolver por el confort. 

El recorrido de la vivienda culmina en la azotea, donde una terraza panorámica se abre a la inmensidad del Atlántico. Aquí, el sistema Florida y los sillones Sunray, ambos diseñados por Rodolfo Dordoni, visten este espacio como una auténtica sala de estar al aire libre, invitando a disfrutar de las vistas.
