El proyecto residencial «AA», situado en el norte de Portugal, interpreta la vida contemporánea como una experiencia fluida, en la que la arquitectura, el paisaje y el diseño interior se entrelazan con naturalidad. La propuesta de interiorismo encuentra su máxima expresión en una selección de muebles de la marca, que definen un ambiente sobrio y profundamente acogedor.
La villa se distingue por su arquitectura moderna y minimalista, marcada por el uso predominante del blanco y una estructura horizontal articulada en dos niveles. Los ventanales de suelo a techo disuelven el límite entre el interior y el exterior, amplificando la percepción de continuidad espacial.
El salón principal, amplio y luminoso, está concebido como un espacio dedicado a la convivencia. El sistema de asientos Twiggy de Rodolfo Dordoni, propuesto en una generosa configuración en piel color cuero con refinadas costuras a la vista, se combina con los sillones Emmi de Hannes Peer, creando a un conjunto envolvente. Junto a él, una gran chimenea suspendida de forma cónica se convierte en su centro visual y simbólico.
La zona de comedor está concebida como un espacio de encuentro y convivencia: la protagonista es la mesa Marvin de Rodolfo Dordoni, alrededor de la cual se disponen las sillas de comedor Angie de GamFratesi.
En la vivienda, la consola Pilotis de Rodolfo Dordoni da la bienvenida a los espacios interiores. La segunda sala de estar, definida por el sistema de asientos Yves de Hannes Peer, adquiere el carácter de un salón contemporáneo, mientras que una chimenea de doble cara conduce al comedor, amueblado con las mesas Wedge de Nendo y las butacas de comedor Aston de Rodolfo Dordoni. La zona spa adyacente se distingue por su relajada sencillez, donde las lámparas Tape Cord Outdoor, también de Nendo, delimitan una estancia dedicada al bienestar.
Una escalera de caracol conduce al primer piso, donde la suite principal se configura como un espacio íntimo y reservado. La cama Supermoon Bed de Giampiero Tagliaferri, combinada con el banco a juego, se erige como un foco de gran impacto, mientras que el sillón Angie de GamFratesi enriquece el ambiente con una nota de refinamiento sartorial.
Las piscinas, tanto cubiertas como al aire libre, se afirman como elementos distintivos del proyecto, reforzando la relación entre el interior y el exterior. A lo largo de la piscina cubierta, los asientos Tape Cord Outdoor de Nendo delimitan una acogedora zona de relax. En el exterior, el sofá Aston Cord Outdoor de Rodolfo Dordoni y el comedor al aire libre, con la mesa Drake Dining Outdoor de Hannes Peer y las sillas Tape Cord Outdoor de Nendo, completan el proyecto.
El concepto residencial «AA» integra de forma armónica la arquitectura y el interiorismo, dando lugar a espacios luminosos y refinados, definidos por la estética atemporal del mobiliario de Minotti.
