Villa Quantum, una fascinante residencia privada diseñada por Estudio Cano Arquitectura / ECA, con interiorismo a cargo de Gunni & Trentino, ofrece la oportunidad de vivir una experiencia inmersiva en el interior de un entorno arquitectónico de inspiración brutalista, donde una amplia selección de piezas Minotti se integra con naturalidad en un entorno auténtico y evocador. 

Distribuida en tres niveles y con una superficie total de aproximadamente 1.300 m², Villa Quantum interpreta una visión contemporánea del habitar basada en el rigor formal, las proporciones equilibradas y una elegancia discreta. Funcional y sofisticada al mismo tiempo, la residencia se distingue por una refinada composición de materiales, en la que hormigón, madera y vidrio coexisten en perfecto equilibrio. Entre los principios rectores del proyecto destaca la relación con el agua, un elemento presente en cada uno de los niveles: el mar desde la planta superior, la piscina desde el nivel intermedio y el fondo del vaso desde la planta inferior, en una secuencia de perspectivas que acompaña todo el recorrido arquitectónico.

Desde el acceso, dos sillones Elas Cord Outdoor, diseñados por Marcio Kogan / Studio MK27, dan la bienvenida a los invitados bajo un pórtico de hormigón armado definido por aperturas geométricas que filtran la luz natural. Desde aquí, una escultural escalera de hormigón, madera y vidrio conduce a los espacios principales de la vivienda, revelando una sucesión de perspectivas animadas por juegos de luz, materia y transparencias.

Las áreas dedicadas a la convivencia se conciben como espacios abiertos y fluidos, pensados para favorecer el encuentro y la interacción. En el salón principal, el sistema de asientos Roger, diseñado por Rodolfo Dordoni, dialoga con la chimenea suspendida y con la espectacular doble altura del espacio, mientras que la mesa de centro Diagramma, de Giampiero Tagliaferri, y el sillón con reposapiés Torii Bold, de Nendo, completan la composición con una elegancia esencial. Los grandes ventanales correderos y la falta de vigas y columnas amplifican aún más la continuidad visual con el paisaje, diluyendo los límites entre arquitectura y naturaleza.

La zona de comedor interior se organiza alrededor de la mesa Nico, diseñada por Hannes Peer, acompañada por las butacas de comedor Torii de Nendo, mientras que el comedor exterior extende el mismo lenguaje estético con la mesa Bézier Dining Outdoor de Marcio Kogan / Studio MK27 y las butacas de comedor Tape Cord Outdoor, orientadas hacia la piscina infinita y las vistas al Mediterráneo.

El espacio exterior representa uno de los aspectos más distintivos del proyecto. Inundadas de luz y completamente abiertas al horizonte, las áreas lounge y la terraza interpretan plenamente el estilo de vida mediterráneo. Aquí encuentran su lugar las daybeds Daylight Daybed de GamFratesi y el sistema de asientos Quadrado de Marcio Kogan / Studio MK27, concebidos para ofrecer en el exterior el mismo nivel de confort y sofisticación que caracteriza a los interiores.

A esta dimensión de convivencia se contraponen los espacios más íntimos de la villa, como la suite principal, los dormitorios y el área wellness con piscina interior, concebidos como auténticos refugios dedicados al bienestar y la privacidad. En la suite principal, la cama Brasilia Bed, acompañada por el banco Superquadra, ambos diseñados por Marcio Kogan / Studio MK27, junto con el sillón Lilliam de Hannes Peer, define un ambiente íntimo y relajante, donde materiales, proporciones y luz natural se combinan para crear una atmósfera de absoluta serenidad.

Villa Quantum expresa una concepción del habitar en la que arquitectura, interiorismo y paisaje se funden en armonía, dando lugar a una experiencia residencial definida por el equilibrio, la continuidad y el bienestar.
