Minotti의 호스피탈리티 비전은 디자인과 스타일 언어 측면에서 지속적으로 진화하며, 매년 새로운 독점적 가상 프로젝트를 통해 그 방향성을 제시해 왔습니다. 2022년에는 주거 및 하이엔드 호스피탈리티 영역에서 현대적 라이프스타일의 흐름을 해석한 콘셉트, Waterrock Boutique Hotel and Villas가 공개되었습니다.
이 새로운 프로젝트는 지중해 자연환경 속 해안 구릉지에 이상적으로 자리하며, 탁 트인 바다 전망을 제공합니다. 인도어와 아웃도어 공간 간의 대화를 극대화하고, 가구와 건축의 유기적 관계를 강조하도록 설계된 이 매력적인 배경은 2022 Collection의 핵심 가치를 집약적으로 담아냅니다.
신규 컬렉션의 건축적 스타일과 사용된 소재는 컬렉션의 정신을 직접적으로 반영하며, 노출 콘크리트와 새틴 마감 스틸, 스크래치드 우드, 래커, 미러드 서피스가 만들어내는 세련된 대비 속에서 지난해 제안된 무드와도 완벽한 조화를 이룹니다. 이 공간들은 합리주의에서 미드 센추리 아메리칸 감성, 그리고 브루탈리즘에 이르기까지 건축사의 다양한 요소를 결합해 회화적인 분위기를 구현하며, 이는 다양한 맥락 속에서도 일관되게 드러나는 브랜드 고유의 스타일과 정체성을 규정하는 요소입니다.
단지의 중심에는 워터록 부티크 호텔(Waterrock Boutique Hotel)이 자리하며, 이곳에는 교류와 휴식을 위한 세 가지 공간이 마련되어 있습니다. 오리엔트의 절제되고 우아한 분위기에서 이름을 차용한 Ishi Bar, Mizu 스파, Oleander Grill 레스토랑은 각기 다른 방식으로 세련된 경험을 제안합니다.
부티크 호텔의 라운지는 로돌포 도르도니(Rodolfo Dordoni)가 디자인한 두 가지 시팅 시스템으로 구성되어 공간에 생동감을 더합니다. Twiggy는 엄격한 기하학적 형태와 톤온톤 스티치가 지닌 세련된 사토리얼 감각이 돋보이며, Goodman은 다양한 구성으로 전개 가능해 컴팩트하면서도 편안한 볼륨감을 갖추고, 거주자의 라이프스타일과 공간의 요구에 유연하게 대응합니다.
한편 Ishi Bar의 인도어 공간은 교류를 위한 영역과 캐주얼한 다이닝 공간이 교차하며 구성됩니다. Twiggy 시팅 시스템이 배치된 소셜 공간과, Sendai 라운지 소형 암체어 및 Oliver 라운지 테이블로 연출된 보다 편안한 다이닝 존이 자연스럽게 어우러져, 조화롭고 감싸는 듯한 분위기를 완성합니다. 이러한 공간적 흐름은 이노다+스베예(Inoda+Sveje)가 디자인한 Yoko Cord Outdoor 시트와 감프라테시(GamFratesi)의 Patio Teak 모듈형 시팅 시스템으로 구성된 오픈 에어 공간까지 우아한 연속성을 이어갑니다.
인도어와 아웃도어의 경계에 놓인 Mizu 스파의 릴랙세이션 공간은 Minotti 가구가 지닌 유연성과 장르를 넘나드는 특성을 다시 한 번 분명하게 드러냅니다. 마르시오 코간(Marcio Kogan) / studio mk27가 디자인한 Horizonte 인도어 시팅 시스템과 Patio 시스템, 그리고 Belt Cord Outdoor 시트는 풀사이드 공간에 아늑하고 편안한 친밀감을 형성하는 데 이상적인 조합을 이룹니다. 인접한 또 다른 휴식 공간에서는 Florida 시팅 시스템이 공간을 채우는 역할을 넘어, 오픈 에어 공간의 동선과 흐름을 자연스럽게 규정합니다. 대형 파노라마 창과 타공 콘크리트 파티션은 풍경과 빛을 은은하게 투과시키고, 선명한 컬러의 스틸과 래커 마감 표면이 교차하며 현대성을 재해석한 역동적인 대비를 만들어내어 하나의 건축적 요소로 작용합니다.
Oleander Grill은 Minotti의 디자인 언어와 일관된 분위기 속에서, 컬렉션을 구성하는 디자이너들의 다양한 스타일과 문화적 정체성을 효과적으로 드러냅니다. 이 공간에서는 인도어와 아웃도어 다이닝 영역 전반에 걸쳐 릴랙세이션 아일랜드가 리듬감 있게 배치되며, 실내와 실외, 대화·업무·호스피탈리티를 위한 영역 사이를 끊김 없이 오가는 유연한 공간 흐름이 형성됩니다. 인도어 공간에는 Lars와 Sendai 소파가 Linha Fina 테이블 및 Yoko 다이닝 소형 암체어와 교차 배치되어 있고, 아웃도어 공간은 Bellagio 테이블과 Belt Cord Outdoor 암체어를 중심으로 구성되며, 자연에서 영감을 받은 선명한 컬러의 아웃도어 패브릭이 야외 공간과 완벽한 조화를 이룹니다.
Waterrock 부티크 호텔을 중심으로 주변에는 자연 속에 어우러진 세 가지 타입의 빌라, Lotus Tree, Maple Tree, Cherry Tree가 배치되어 있습니다. 각 건물은 규모 면에서는 차이를 보이지만, 모두 2022 Collection의 가구 피스를 유연하게 수용하도록 설계되어 다양한 공간 맥락 속에서 가구가 지닌 무드와 에클레틱한 성격을 최적으로 표현합니다.
