La interminable búsqueda de la belleza de Inoda+Sveje

La continua exploración de la cultura y el savoir-faire que desde hace años impulsa a Minotti a trabajar con diseñadores internacionales une en la 2022 Collection el sabor escandinavo con la cultura japonesa, a través de la colaboración con el dúo de diseñadores Kyoko Inoda y Nils Sveje, cuyos países de origen son Japón y Dinamarca respectivamente.

Un viaje inspirador emprendido en 2018 que ha llevado a la marca, bajo la dirección del director artístico Rodolfo Dordoni,  a desarrollar proyectos con el diseñador francés Christophe Delcourt, el japonés Oki Sato, fundador del estudio Nendo, el arquitecto brasileño Marcio Kogan / studio mk27 y el dúo italo-danés GamFratesi.

«Para nosotros, la relación con Inoda+Sveje representa un paso más en nuestra trayectoria de diseño y en la historia de la empresa», afirma Roberto Minotti. «Hemos optado por iniciar estas colaboraciones porque suponen intercambios esenciales que nos permiten explorar nuevos horizontes estilísticos».

Y aún más insólita es la historia de Inoda+Sveje, un estudio fundado en Copenhague en 2000, que ahora tiene su sede en Milán. Dos mundos tan distantes y, sin embargo, tan conectados bajo el denominador común del diseño orientado a la construcción de la belleza y la elegancia atemporal.

La colaboración con Inoda+Sveje abre la puerta a un mobiliario caracterizado por influencias orientales mitigadas por el rigor nórdico y los tonos estilísticos de Minotti: tres primeros proyectos firmados por la pareja de diseñadores dan vida a un Japanismo Nórdico renovado, ligero y refinado.

La familia de asientos Yoko, perfectamente declinado en un sillón, una silla de comedor y un banco reposapiés, la familia Sendai, que se compone de elementos que van desde un asiento compacto hasta un cómodo sofá de salón, y el sofá Lars, con sus esbeltas cinco patas orgánicas como troncos de árboles alisados por el viento.

Cada objeto se caracteriza por elementos con una clara referencia a dos culturas diferentes en las que se inspira, pero también a su saber hacer: desde la ebanistería más refinada a la ligereza de las formas, pasando por una confección sofisticada.

En constante equilibrio entre poesía y materialidad, el resultado del trabajo de Inoda+Sveje con el equipo de Minotti es una sinergia de historias y tradiciones del diseño, que combina la sencillez con detalles eminentemente artesanales, con identidades contemporáneas, que responden a las tendencias en constante evolución de la vida moderna.

Objetos compactos y versátiles, fáciles de colocar tanto en espacios residenciales como en locales de hostelería y sobre todo perfectos para adaptarse a los nuevas costumbres: cenar sentados en un sofá, añadir rincones acogedores dentro de espacios utilizados para otra función, crear salones cuya identidad visual se difumina en la ligereza de la composición y la gracia de los detalles.

«Nuestra colección para Minotti se compone de objetos que funcionan como interfaz entre la persona y el resto del hogar», así resume Nils Sveje el poder que se esconde tras los sofisticados detalles que hacen únicas sus colecciones para Minotti.
