Located in Miami, the 2000 Ocean project, a 38-storey glass building, features Minotti in the design of the common areas, hosting many of the brand’s furnishing pieces.
Created as a showpiece for the American residential market on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean, 2000 Ocean is an exclusive residence in every way, a private residential enclave that offers all kinds of services and amenities, designed by Enrique Norten, founder of TEN Arquitectos.
Located in South Florida on a pristine expanse of white sand dunes, just north of Golden Beach, it offers panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, the Intracoastal Waterway and the surrounding beaches, which stretch as far as the eye can see.
Sixty-four apartments designed not only to let in the exceptional view, but also to offer a sophisticated lifestyle, surrounded by beauty and well-being. This design philosophy blends perfectly with the work of Minotti, which brings its vision of elegance and lifestyle to this modern residential tower, curating the interior design of the common areas.
Minotti’s contribution to the project is the ultimate example of Made in Italy quality. The brand has supplied furnishing pieces for many of its indoor and outdoor spaces, through the Minotti Miami by DDC flagship store. Many of the brand’s furnishing pieces are scattered throughout the common areas - gyms, services and multiple lounge areas: the Entry Lobby is furnished with the Freeman Tailor seating systems and the Cortina armchairs, the latter set alongside the Still and Catlin coffee tables. The Upper Lounge, on the other hand, features several Mattia and Torii armchairs with their enveloping lines, positioned around the Oliver Lounge tables and the sculptural Cesar coffee tables; lastly, the Oculus Area includes several relaxation areas, hosting Tape Cord Outdoor sofas, armchairs and coffee tables.
A minimal, yet cosy and comfortable contemporary feel is also expressed in the design of the open spaces: the Sunset Pool and Oceanfront Pool areas feature dining areas centred round the Van Dyck Outdoor tables and the Tape Cord Outdoor dining little armchairs, while the comfortable Sunray daybeds line the poolside areas.
A continuous balance between innovation and tradition, between acclaimed beauty and refinement for a project that goes far beyond the concept of luxury. The result is the 'well-being' offered by the contemporary lifestyle in which Minotti's signature comfort and quality combine with the relentless pursuit of beauty.
