In the throbbing hub of Mykonos island, just steps from Psarou beach and the famed Nammos Restaurant, lies the new luxurious 5-star hotel designed by Fivos Architecture and Interior Design Studio. Far from the island’s chaotic pace, this hotel-refuge is a true oasis of relaxation, offering its guests a truly unique experience. The sophisticated and well-structured design concept balances beautifully between two different cultures. It mirrors current trends and the island’s own cosmopolitan culture – characteristic elements of the Mykonos style – while discreetly embracing the decorative elements typical of Asian culture. The ambiance is enlivened by soft pastel colors that echo earth tones, enhanced by the use of materials like hemp cord, microcement, marble and wood.
For the interior project, Fivos Design Studio selected numerous products from the Minotti collection. A lot of emphasis was placed on the outdoor spaces, where the clean lines and casual appeal of the Aston Cord “Outdoor” armchairs with cushions upholstered in grey fabric made them a favorite. Other outdoor areas feature Rivera sofas and armchairs – with their elegant-retro look and curved lines – paired with various coffee and side tables from the same collection.
The spacious interiors were furnished with a combination of Freeman seating elements upholstered with fabrics in soft pastel colors while the private terraces, a natural extension of the interior daytime areas, include the comfortably ample Aston Cord “Outdoor” chairs, featuring enveloping seat backs, and covered in light grey color braided polypropylene cord.
