Custom Line Navetta 42 Yachting

Custom Line Navetta 42

Navetta 42 is a highly prestigious project designed by Custom Line, pioneering brand in the production of luxury mega yachts, and the result of the collaborative partnership between the Strategic Product Committee, chaired by engineer Piero Ferrari, the Engineering Department of Ferretti Group, the Zuccon International Project studio and architect Luca Bombassei, head of Luca Bombassei Studio.

Navetta 42 is a boat 41.8 metres long and maximum 8.1 metres wide, with four decks and a fully personalised internal layout, designed to offer ultimate comfort in the various areas, all characterised by ample dimensions, in terms of both length and width, and which, in the interiors, reach over two metres high.

The refined elegance of the interiors is the real distinguishing mark of the design: spacious and bright, they express a contemporary style that immediately conveys an elegant homely feel, where the volumes turn fluid and the line between indoor and outdoor becomes finer.  Several breathtaking elements, such as the pull-out balcony inside the owner’s suite, and the lift, which goes from the lower deck all the way to the sundeck, distinguish a highly detailed architectural and interior decoration design, created with painstaking attention to detail.

Navetta 42 makes the most of the generous spaces of the yacht, all the way to the far end of the stern, where a large beach area at water level is located. The many free-standing solutions and the vast selection of Minotti furniture, in addition to the colours, finishes and materials, were added to the design by the Luca Bombassei Studio.

Walnut and dark oak are the prevalent wood materials used in the interiors, and these make a perfect match for the lacquered surfaces of the ceilings, whereas the general colour palette spans from grey to beige, with eye-catching petrol green details reflecting the multi-faceted appeal of the marine world: shades of sand for the coverings, and turquoise with iridescent nuances for the rugs, an instant nod to the Mediterranean style.

The yacht is conceived as a veritable home which, thanks to the Minotti furniture, the works of art and the impeccable organisation of the spaces, offers guests a warm, welcoming feeling.

On the upper deck, the outdoor lunch area is an ode to sharing and spending time in good company: beside the Rivera dining chairs, a relaxation area furnished with the Florida seating system, is laid out in a unique C-shape and complemented by an “Outdoor” Bellagio coffee table. Instead, the panoramic terrace that runs along the main deck features a large composition of the Alison Iroko Outdoor seating system, with matching coffee table from the same line, and some Cesar coffee tables.

The various outdoor areas are characterised by a feeling of grand sophistication and exquisite style. The centrepiece of the panoramic living area on the upper deck is the Lawrence and Lawrence Clan seating system, covered in sand-coloured fabric, accompanied by the Jacob coffee table and two Russell armchairs. The large living room on the main deck is the perfect place for an elegant L-shaped combination of the Freeman seating system, combined with a series of coffee tables and furnishing accessories. The adjacent dining area has a more formal spirit, hosting a six-place table surrounded by elegant Owens chairs.

Navetta 42 is a perfect combination of the know-how of two companies, Ferretti and Minotti, capable of offering guests the unique experience of living at sea, wrapped in art, beauty and technology.
