El proyecto PB Farmhouse se configura como una arquitectura integrada en el paisaje ondulado de la Maremma, que interpreta la vida al aire libre como una prolongación natural de la arquitectura interior y de su entorno. El espacio exterior se convierte así en un entorno elegante y convivial, profundamente integrado en el verde circundante y concebido para fomentar una relación continua entre lo construido por el hombre y la naturaleza, realzado por las soluciones de mobiliario de Minotti, expresión de equilibrio formal y confort contenido.

La selección de materiales refuerza este vínculo con el lugar: los volúmenes arquitectónicos están revestidos con piedra local colombino, extraída in situ y trabajada artesanalmente, mientras que el pavimento exterior de piedra de Santa Fiora retoma la tradición matérico-constructiva del paisaje edificado, garantizando continuidad visual y sensorial.

La zona lounge exterior, con vistas directas a la piscina, se caracteriza por el sistema de asientos Alison “Dark Brown” Outdoor, diseñado por Rodolfo Dordoni y Roberto Minotti. Los volúmenes equilibrados y la paleta cromática natural dialogan con el entorno, contribuyendo a una atmósfera de sobria armonía. La composición se ve enriquecida por la geometría rigurosa de los sillones Quadrado, de Marcio Kogan / Studio MK27, y por la mesa auxiliar Sunray, diseñada por Rodolfo Dordoni, mientras que la relación visual con el agua amplifica la sensación de quietud y bienestar, transformando el espacio en un lugar dedicado tanto a la contemplación como a la convivencia.

La zona de comedor al aire libre se configura como el núcleo de la convivialidad y se organiza bajo una pérgola arquitectónica de metal oscuro, cuyo diseño esencial establece un diálogo equilibrado con la rusticidad de la mampostería. Los protagonistas de esta área son la mesa Quadrado, diseñada por Marcio Kogan / Studio MK27, y las butacas de comedor Fynn Outdoor de GamFratesi, que acogen a los invitados y propician momentos de encuentro informal.

Todo el proyecto se sustenta en un equilibrio medido entre arquitectura, mobiliario y paisaje: el resultado es un espacio exterior contemporáneo, elegante y funcional, concebido para vivir la experiencia del habitar al aire libre de manera auténtica y atemporal.
