このペントハウスの広さは400平米を超え、リビングエリア、ダイニングエリア、そして4つのベッドルームを擁し、各部屋の窓からは、ロンドンの象徴的な景観が一望できます。 
多くの窓から自然光が降り注ぐ広いオープンスペースには、ロドルフォ・ドルドーニデザインのシーティングシステムGoodmanが、ハイバックソファとオットマンRussellとともに配置され、リラックススペースの主役となっています。

リビングとダイニングの間には、日本人とデンマーク人のデュオ、イノダ+スバイエがデザインしたコンパクトサイズのチェアSendaiが居心地の良い空間を演出する、インフォーマルな団らんエリアが設えられています。 ダイニングエリアとくつろげる団らんエリアをひとつの空間にまとめるという、新たな提案です。ダイニングでは、極めて軽やかな佇まいと脚間の広さが特徴的な、マルシオ・コーガン / studio mk27のテーブルLinha Finaが主役を演じています。テーブル周りには、包み込むようなフォルムが特徴的なロドルフォ・ドルドーニのスモールアームチェアLeslieが置かれ、バーキャビネットCarsonとともに空間を彩ります。

キッチンもまた、現代的な暮らしのニーズに合わせてデザインされています。キッチンエントランスに置かれた、アシンメトリーで柔らかな曲線を描く、イノダ+スバイエのソファLarsの軽やかなラインが、ゴードン・ギルミアーのラウンジテーブルBellagioとnendoの回転アームチェアToriiに引き継がれています。
壁に沿って配置された、ロドルフォ・ドルドーニのコンソールCalder "Bronze"が、Minottiのサヴォアフェールと、フランス人デザイナー、クリストフ・デルクールのディテールへのこだわりを融合させたテーブルDanで完成させたオープンキッチンへと導きます。

マスターベッドルームの中央には、ベッドベースと張り出しヘッドボードを組み合わせた斬新なボリューム感が特徴のYang Bedが置かれています。ベッドサイドには、同じくロドルフォ・ドルドーニがデザインしたベッドサイドテーブルCloseがあり、その特徴的な十字型ベースが、ベッドを支える洗練された塗装メタルブレードと調和しています。2つ目のマスターベッドルームでは、マルシオ・コーガン / studio mk27のBrasilia Bedの象徴的素材であるサントスパリサンダーが、温かい雰囲気を醸し出しています。 ブラジルのモダニズムにルーツを持つコンテンポラリーで無駄を省いたこのベッドは、デザインの美しさでその複雑な構造をエレガントに隠しています。

Minottiの家具の持つタイムレスなスタイル言語が、アールデコにインスパイアされた高級レジデンス、そしてロンドンの鼓動を感じる景観が見事なペントハウスThe Broadwayに完璧に溶け合い、そのニーズを満たしています。
