ダイニングエリアは、接客や団らんのための空間としてデザインされ、その中心にはロドルフォ・ドルドーニのMarvinテーブルが、ガムフラテーシのAngieダイニングスモールアームチェアとともに配置されています。
離れでは、ロドルフォ・ドルドーニのPilotisコンソールが迎え、室内へといざないます。ハンネス・ピールのYvesシーティングシステムが主役のセカンドリビングは、コンテンポラリーラウンジとしてデザインされ、暖炉を隔ててつながるダイニングルームには、nendoのWedgeテーブルとロドルフォ・ドルドーニのAstonダイニングスモールアームチェアが配置されています。落ち着いたシンプルさが特徴的な隣接するスパエリアでは、nendoのTape Cord Outdoorパオリーナが、ウェルネスのためのアルコーブを作り出しています。
螺旋階段がつなげる2階のマスタースイートは、親密でプライベートな空間に仕上げられています。ジャンピエロ・タリアフェッリのSupermoon Bedベッドは、お揃いのベンチと組み合わされて、印象的なセンターピースとなる一方で、ガムフラテーシのAngieアームチェアが、サルトリア的アクセントでこの空間を豊かに彩っています。
屋内プールと屋外プールは、インドアとアウトドアのつながりを際立たせるこのプロジェクトの重要な要素となっています。屋内プールに沿って置かれた、nendoのTape Cord Outdoorシーティングシリーズが、落ち着いたリラクゼーションエリアを演出しています。屋外には、ロドルフォ・ドルドーニのAston Cord Outdoorラブシートや、オープンエアダイニングを構成するハンネス・ピールのDrake Dining Outdoorテーブル、nendoのTape Cord Outdoorスモールアームチェアが置かれ、この邸宅の魅力を引き立てています。
