ここは、オーストリアのヴィルダーカイザー山脈の頂に囲まれた、名所キッツビューラーホルンを目の前に眺める場所です。そしてこのALM360と命名されたエレガントなシャレーのリビングエリアの大きな窓は、その絶景を完璧に収める額縁のようです。

インテリアデザインは、20年以上にわたってMinottiの販売店として知られ、デザインスタジオでもあるAufschnaiterが手がけ、いくつかの基本となる要素を元に設計されています。 ここでは、生活の質、平和、自然がひとつの空間の中で融合され、感じるものと見るものが一体となっています。そして、チロル建築の新しい表現のためのコンポジションは見事な調和を見せています。

伝統的なマテリアルと近代的なテクノロジーソリューションの共生が、緑の山々に囲まれたこのシャレーに、豊かなコンフォートと洗練された美しさを与えています。リビングエリア、バスルームが一続きになっている3つのゲストルーム、そして、サウナやトルコ式バスを備え、屋外テラスのあるプールへも直接出入りできる広いウェルネスエリアと、居心地のよさを追求した空間設計になっています。インドアとアウトドアの連続的なつながりが、まさに内と外の空間に共有のライトモチーフを築くようにデザインされたMinottiコレクションのファニチャーセレクションによって際立っています。 直線的なラインが特徴的なロドルフォ・ドルドーニのRogerシーティングシステムや、マルシオ・コーガン(studio mk27)のSuperquadraバーキャビネットが、隣接するウェルネスエリアにあるNendoのTape Cord Outdoorシェーズロングの丸みを帯びたフォルムと見事に調和しています。視覚的なものだけでなく、触感や知覚的なものまでがシームレスな空間。たとえば、Minotti StudioデザインのウールのOsakaカーペットは、裸足で歩くと木のフローリングと同じ温かさを感じることができ、ロドルフォ・ドルドーニデザインのKeelコーヒーテーブルの石使いは、窓の外に広がる山々が織り成す山肌をそのまま家の中に持ってきたかのようです。

再生木材を使用したむき出しの屋根のトラスが特徴的な広いリビングエリアは、独立した暖炉を挟んだ設計で、リビングからも広いダイニングエリアからも眺めることができる見事な景観が、大きなパノラマウィンドウによって引き立てられています。

ダイニングエリアの主役は、マルシオ・コーガン(studio mk27)デザインのLinhaテーブルで、存在感のあるボリュームのキッチンと調和した無垢材の天板に、NendoのToriiダイニングアームチェアを組み合わせ、その柔らかな座り心地は、外の風景を眺めながら何時間もテーブルを囲むのに最適です。

リビングエリアには、レザーやファブリックなど手触りのよい素材使いが特徴的なマスターベッドルームも隣接しており、ロドルフォ・ドルドーニのRogerベッドのレザー製ベースの落ち着いたエレガンスと、ヘッドボードのファブリックの素材感の組み合わせが、包み込むような雰囲気を演出しています。ヘッドボードの水平ラインと調和する、ロドルフォ・ドルドーニデザインのHarvey Lineベッドサイドテーブルを組み合わせています。

すべてのインテリアデザインは、マテリアルとフォルムの洗練された使い方、そしてそれらの連続性をもたせた調和をベースにしています。 上質でナチュラルな素材とコンテンポラリーデザインの魅力的な組み合わせです。
