El proyecto, realizado por Minotti London en colaboración con Northacre, el promotor más prestigioso del Reino Unido, y Squire and Partners, un conocido estudio de arquitectura londinense, combina armoniosamente muebles de colecciones recientes con las piezas más icónicas de Minotti, realzando el contexto arquitectónico y el impactante entorno urbano.
El ático ocupa una superficie de más de 400 metros cuadrados, en los que se alternan el salón, el comedor y cuatro dormitorios con vistas panorámicas a los lugares más emblemáticos de la ciudad.
El amplio espacio abierto, inundado de luz natural gracias a los amplios ventanales, cuenta con el sistema de asientos Goodman, acompañado de la bergère y el reposapiés Russell, ambos diseñados por Rodolfo Dordoni, que completan este espacio concebido para el descanso.
Entre el salón y el comedor encontramos una zona de conversación informal, muy acogedora gracias a las dimensiones compactas de los asientos Sendai, diseñados por el dúo japonés-danés Inoda+Sveje: una solución novedosa que complementa el comedor con un rincón de relajada convivencia. Este último alberga la mesa Linha Fina, de Marcio Kogan / Studio MK27, definida por una amplia envergadura con un atractivo extremadamente ligero. A su alrededor, las formas envolventes de las butacas de comedor Leslie de Rodolfo Dordoni y el mueble bar Carson.
La cocina también se ha diseñado para satisfacer las necesidades de la vida contemporánea. A la entrada, el sutil trazo del sofá Lars de Inoda+Sveje, diseñado con una suave curva asimétrica, encuentra su eco en la mesa de salón Bellagio de Gordon Guillaumier, acompañada de los sillones giratorios Torii de Nendo.
A lo largo de la pared, la consola Calder "Bronze", diseñada por Rodolfo Dordoni, introduce la cocina abierta, completada a su vez por la mesa Dan, de Christophe Delcourt, que combina el saber hacer de Minotti con el cuidado por el detalle del diseñador francés.
El dormitorio principal tiene como protagonista la cama Yang Bed, caracterizada por un interesante juego de volúmenes, resultado de la combinación del somier y el cabecero en voladizo. En los laterales, las mesillas Close, también diseñadas por Rodolfo Dordoni, se distinguen por su característica base en forma de cruz, a juego con las sofisticadas láminas de metal pintado que sostienen la cama. El segundo dormitorio principal está caldeado por la madera de palisandro Santos que distingue a la cama Brasilia Bed de Marcio Kogan / Studio MK27: una pieza contemporánea y esencial enraizada en el modernismo brasileño, cuya belleza se materializa al ocultar con elegancia la complejidad del diseño.
El lenguaje estilístico atemporal de los muebles Minotti complementa e interpreta a la perfección las exigencias de un edificio residencial de lujo de inspiración Art Déco y de The Broadway, un ático con amplias vistas al corazón palpitante de la ciudad de Londres.
