La pura belleza de las montañas austriacas encarnada en un diseño arquitectónico capaz de dialogar con el paisaje circundante tanto como de acoger en su interior un mobiliario fascinante.

Nos encontramos entre las cumbres del Wilder Kaiser en Austria, frente a la famosa montaña Kitzbühel Horn, perfectamente enmarcada por los grandes ventanales de la zona de estar de este elegante chalet llamado ALM360.

El diseño interior, obra de Aufschnaiter - reconocido distribuidor de Minotti y estudio de diseño desde hace más de 20 años - se inspira en varios puntos clave: calidad de vida, paz y naturaleza, traducidas en una síntesis espacial en la que la relación entre lo que se siente y lo que se ve es un todo, un hábil equilibrio compositivo para una nueva interpretación de la arquitectura tirolesa.

La simbiosis de materias primas tradicionales y soluciones tecnológicas modernas confiere un gran confort y una estética refinada a este chalet inmerso en la vegetación de las montañas. Los espacios se han diseñado para ser acogedores: desde la zona de estar hasta las tres habitaciones de invitados, cada una con baño en suite, pasando por la amplia zona de bienestar con sauna, baño turco y acceso directo a la piscina con su respectiva terraza exterior. La continua conexión entre el interior y el exterior está subrayada por la elección del mobiliario de la colección Minotti, diseñado precisamente para crear un hilo conductor entre los espacios domésticos y al open-air; así, el riguroso sistema de asientos Roger de Rodolfo Dordoni y el mueble bar Superquadra de Marcio Kogan / Studio MK27 dialogan perfectamente con la sinuosa chaise-longue Tape Cord Outdoor de Nendo situada en la zona de bienestar adyacente. Un conjunto sin soluciones de continuidad no solo para la vista, sino también para las sensaciones táctiles y perceptivas: la alfombra de lana Osaka, diseño de Minotti Studio, acoge el caminar descalzo con la misma calidez que la madera del suelo, del mismo modo que el uso de la piedra en la mesa de centro Keel, de Rodolfo Dordoni, devuelve al interior del hogar las vetas gráficas de las montañas del exterior.

La gran sala de estar, caracterizada por las vigas a vista del techo de madera recuperada, discurre entre la chimenea exenta y los grandes ventanales panorámicos enfatizando las vistas que se pueden admirar tanto desde el salón como desde el amplio comedor.

La mesa Linha, de Marcio Kogan / Studio MK27, protagonista del espacio en continuidad compositiva con los rigurosos volúmenes de la cocina, mantiene la coherencia del uso de madera maciza para su tablero, acompañada por la suave comodidad de los pequeños sillones de comedor Torii, de Nendo, perfectos para pasar muchas horas alrededor de la mesa, sin cansarse nunca de admirar el paisaje circundante.

Adyacente a la zona de estar se encuentra también el dormitorio principal, ambiente envolvente en el que predomina el uso de cuero y telas con una textura fuertemente táctil: la cama Roger Bed de Rodolfo Dordoni sintetiza esta sensación conectando la sobria elegancia de la base de cuero con el cabecero de tejido urdido. Para equilibrar el juego de texturas, las mesitas de noche Harvey Line, también de Rodolfo Dordoni.

Todo el diseño interior se basa en el uso sofisticado de los materiales, las formas y constante armonía entre las partes: una fascinante mezcla de materias primas nobles y naturales e influencias de diseño contemporáneo.
