Diseñada por Manuel Ruiz Moriche, director creativo y cofundador de Ark Architects, Villa Enso se inspira en el concepto simbólico del círculo, desarrollando un lenguaje arquitectónico basado en la continuidad y las geometrías suaves, que encuentra una expresión natural también en los espacios interiores. Aquí, el sistema de asientos Supermoon de Giampiero Tagliaferri, acompañado por los sillones Emmi de Hannes Peer, define el área de estar mediante una composición angular de líneas escultóricas. En la contigua zona de comedor, las butacas Trio de Marcio Kogan / Studio MK27 acompañan la mesa con una elegancia discreta, realzando la ligereza del conjunto. Junto a la cocina, una segunda zona de comedor se completa con las butacas Belt de Rodolfo Dordoni.
Las amplias superficies acristaladas prolongan de forma natural el espacio hacia la terraza. El patio exterior constituye el corazón de Villa Enso, un ambiente suspendido entre arquitectura y naturaleza, concebido para convertirse en el principal lugar de encuentro y contemplación. Aquí encuentra su lugar el sistema de asientos Bézier Cord Outdoor de Marcio Kogan / Studio MK27, cuyas formas sinuosas acompañan el diseño de los espacios y dialogan con la geometría orgánica del proyecto. Junto a él, el sillón Trio Outdoor, diseñado por Marcio Kogan / Studio MK27, contribuye al equilibrio del conjunto, combinando la ligereza de la estructura de teca y cuerda trenzada con el confort envolvente del asiento. Las butacas de comedor Fynn Outdoor de GamFratesi, acompañadas por el banco Emmi Cord Outdoor de Hannes Peer, definen la contigua zona de comedor exterior, abierta al paisaje.
En la planta superior, el centro del dormitorio principal está presidido por la cama Supermoon Bed, diseñada por Giampiero Tagliaferri. Sus generosos volúmenes y perfiles redondeados contribuyen a crear una atmósfera relajada. A los pies de la cama, el banco a juego con inserto de mármol introduce un refinado acento matérico y funcional. Una segunda habitación incorpora la cama Tatlin Soft Bed, diseñada por Rodolfo Dordoni, cuya sofisticada confección aporta al ambiente un carácter de refinada elegancia.
El proyecto se completa con una zona wellness equipada con piscina. Con vista al agua, los sofás de dos plazas Daylight de GamFratesi introducen una dimensión de confort envolvente, mientras que los taburetes Fynn Outdoor, también diseñados por GamFratesi, destacan por su refinada esencialidad.
Villa Enso se afirma así como una síntesis armoniosa entre arquitectura e interiorismo, donde los espacios interiores y exteriores se suceden con fluidez.
