La armoniosa fusión de espacios interiores y exteriores es el concepto rector del proyecto Pine Tree House en Miami. Con una superficie de 650 m² distribuidos en dos plantas, esta residencia destaca por su privilegiada ubicación con vistas al canal de Biscayne Bay, sus techos altos y el amplio uso de superficies acristaladas. Las soluciones de mobiliario Minotti aportan a los espacios un equilibrio perfecto entre elegancia y funcionalidad.

La entrada se abre a una amplia zona de estar donde conviven áreas de salón, comedor y espacios dedicados al relax, en un diálogo continuo: aquí destacan las líneas sartoriales de Yves Sofà, diseñado por Hannes Peer, en perfecta armonía con los volúmenes suaves y redondeados de los sillones Torii Bold de Nendo. La mesa Bellagio Lounge de Gordon Guillaumier, ubicada en el centro de la composición, crea el ambiente ideal para momentos informales de convivencia y conversación. 

La zona de comedor adyacente está completamente inundada por la luz natural que se filtra a través de las paredes acristaladas, creando un ambiente vibrante y dinámico. Aquí, la mesa Morgan, de líneas elegantes y definidas, se acompaña de las sillas Mills: ambas piezas de mobiliario son obra de Rodolfo Dordoni. 

El espacio dedicado al relax tiene como protagonista el sistema de asientos Supermoon de Giampiero Tagliaferri, que evoca las formas icónicas de los años 70, reinterpretadas con una sensibilidad contemporánea. La mesa auxiliar Diagramma, también de Giampiero Tagliaferri, y los sillones Vivienne de GamFratesi añaden carácter y confort a la configuración.

La zona de entretenimiento alberga el sofá Alexander de Rodolfo Dordoni: con sus líneas envolventes y generosas, define un espacio acogedor pensado para el relax. En un espacio más íntimo se encuentra el sistema Hamilton, también diseñado por Rodolfo Dordoni. 

Grandes ventanales dan acceso al amplio patio exterior con vistas a la piscina, diseñado en continuidad estilística con el interior. Aquí encuentra su ubicación ideal el sistema modular Quadrado de Marcio Kogan / Studio MK27, con una composición que se desarrolla en una sucesión de plataformas suspendidas, modulables y adaptables a diferentes necesidades de convivencia y relajación. El patio también cuenta con un comedor exterior, con la mesa Van Dyck Outdoor como protagonista y las sillas Aston “Cord” Outdoor, ambas diseñadas por Rodolfo Dordoni.

En el interior, una evocadora escalera conduce a la planta superior, que cuenta con una sala de estar adicional amueblada con el sistema de asientos Freeman, icono atemporal de la marca, diseñado por Rodolfo Dordoni.

La primera planta también alberga el dormitorio matrimonial, un refugio íntimo y confortable. Aquí, el protagonista es la cama Reeves Bed de Rodolfo Dordoni, que destaca por su elegancia sartorial y la riqueza de sus detalles constructivos. El banco Freeman completa la composición, mientras que el sofá Jacques, también diseñado por Dordoni, añade un toque adicional de estilo.

Pine Tree House combina una elegancia sobria con una arquitectura moderna y audaz, donde los espacios ilimitados fomentan un diálogo entre luz y sombra, interior y exterior. El resultado es un proyecto en el que el mobiliario Minotti se convierte en parte integral de la estructura, contribuyendo a definir ambientes con un encanto auténtico y contemporáneo.
