En una de las zonas más exclusivas de Ciudad de México, rodeado de la frondosa vegetación del bosque, el estudio De La Vega Arquitectura ha realizado Jacarandas, un proyecto en colaboración con Minotti Mexico by Hajj Designless, en el que el diseño sofisticado y acogedor de los productos Minotti amuebla la amplia zona exterior.
La arquitectura de esta residencia privada se distribuye en dos plantas: la planta superior es más íntima y acogedora, destinada a la zona de descanso, mientras que la planta baja se asoma a la vegetación que recorre todo el perímetro de la villa; en una sucesión de verandas, logias, pasarelas y grandes ventanales. Con el objetivo de encontrar el equilibrio justo entre interior y exterior, en un diálogo fluido entre texturas, colores y materiales, las líneas armoniosas y atemporales de los muebles Minotti han creado espacios sin límites aparentes, originales y confortables.
La residencia lleva por nombre Jacarandas, en honor al árbol más representativo de Ciudad de México, que cada primavera llena los bulevares de la ciudad con su follaje de color lila y que se caracteriza por una madera de alta calidad. Y es precisamente la calidad de los materiales lo que caracteriza el mobiliario elegido para este proyecto: las piezas Minotti dan personalidad al espacio al aire libre, alternando ambientes dedicados a la relajación con zonas más convivenciales.
El porche es una zona acogedora y tranquila que acoge el sistema de asientos Florida, con su icónica forma orgánica, acompañado de los sillones Halley Outdoor. A su lado, un comedor privado con una mesa redonda, donde los colores neutros se entremezclan con toques de azul dados por el suave tapizado de las sillas de comedor Aston Cord Outdoor, todas ellas diseñadas por Rodolfo Dordoni.
Desde el confort más íntimo hasta el que se experimenta y comparte con los huéspedes, el espacio que rodea la villa continúa a través de una sala de relajación, con vistas a la piscina cubierta y amueblada con las tumbonas Halley Outdoor, hasta llegar a la zona que alberga una cocina exterior. Aquí, la barra de cocina está acompañada por taburetes Tape Cord Outdoor de Nendo, que, junto con las mesas Quadrado de Marcio Kogan / Studio MK27 y las sillas de comedor Tape Cord Outdoor, crean una acogedora zona de comedor. El sistema de asientos modulares Quadrado complementa armoniosamente el espacio, creando una isla de gran confort con vistas directas al verdor del césped.
Dedicado, en cambio, a quienes desean reservarse un momento aislado de meditación, encontramos el rincón caldeado por la pared de madera perforada, que hace de filtro entre el exterior y el interior, y amueblado con el sillón Rivera de Rodolfo Dordoni, interpretación contemporánea de la elegancia retro.
Las diferentes maderas de los muebles Minotti, los colores cálidos y neutros, y la elegancia de las formas delicadamente orgánicas definen la atmósfera de Jacarandas, una residencia privada que disfruta de un diálogo privilegiado con la naturaleza que la rodea.
