El proyecto residencial “Bund One” surge en el corazón de Xi’an (China). Seis rascacielos en los que los clubes VIP y los exclusivos servicios para la comunidad de residentes se mezclan con pisos, cuyas dimensiones y distribución de los espacios interiores se parecen a villas singulas.

En el interior del complejo, una residencia caracterizada por amplias vistas del paisaje circundante, cuenta los hábitos y gustos del propietario a través de la hábil elección de los muebles diseñados por Minotti, en una mezcla magnífica de bestsellers y productos de las últimas colecciones.

El piso se desarrolla en dos niveles: en el primero, la zona de estar dedicada a la convivialidad; en el segundo, los espacios para la vida privada.

El salón se ha diseñado como un lugar único destinado a generar una coexistencia entre la vida formal y familiar del propietario, donde los límites entre las zonas de comedor, salón y cocina se disuelven y son los muebles los que dan ritmo a las diferentes funciones de los espacios.

El icónico sistema de asientos Hamilton diseñado por Rodolfo Dordoni connota el verdadero hogar doméstico, abriendo el salón a una nueva frontera de diálogo con el espacio circundante: momentos para el relax junto al sillón Daiki de Marcio Kogan / Studio MK27 o para compartir, con la mesa de comedor Linha de gran tamaño, acompañada de los pequeños sillones de comedor Fil Noir de Christophe Delcourt.

Todo está diseñado para disfrutar de las vistas y la luz de los grandes ventanales que se extienden del suelo hasta el techo y que dan a las orillas del río Wei. La permeabilidad de la mirada también se respeta con la presencia de librerías de doble cara que se convierten en telones de fondo capaces de difundir la luz natural incluso en espacios que, de lo contrario, serían oscuros, como en el caso de la zona de estudio y TV caracterizada por el sillón Aston, cuya suave comodidad se prolonga en el tramo semicurvo del sofá Lounge Seymour.

En la segunda planta, el dormitorio principal tiene una ventana esquinera que enfatiza la superficie de la habitación, ya que perceptiblemente parece no tener límites: la materialidad se retoma en la superposición táctil de los elementos de mobiliario, desde la alfombra Dibbets, hasta la cama Lawrence Bed con su cabecero en una original mezcla de tela y cuero nobuk acompañada de la madera de las mesillas de noche Lou, para terminar con el pouf Freeman Tailor a los pies de la cama. En un equilibrio continuo entre diseño y emoción, se desarrollan asimismo las otras dos habitaciones: una con la cama Yang Bed, enriquecida por un rincón de lectura caracterizado por los asientos Tape, y la otra con la cama Tatlin-Cover.

De los tonos tenues y armoniosos de los dormitorios, se pasa al impactante espacio exterior de la última planta, donde las impresionantes vistas abren un fuerte diálogo entre el aspecto natural y el artificial, entre la compostura de los muebles y la energía de la naturaleza.

El espacio exterior está amueblado con una selección de asientos del sistema Rivera de Rodolfo Dordoni, acompañados por el sofá Tape Cord Outdoor diseñado por Nendo y complementados por la presencia de las mesas de centro Bellagio Outdoor de Gordon Guillaumier.

La continuidad estética y funcional de los muebles realza la percepción de la perfecta integración entre la naturaleza y la arquitectura, recreando el estilo de vida de Minotti, según el cual no hay fronteras entre el interior y el exterior, sino tan sólo proyectos.
