Esta residencia privada, enclavada en la naturaleza virgen de Bohemia central, nació del deseo del propietario de crear una arquitectura minimalista, realzada por el refinado diseño de los muebles Minotti.
Desarrollada en dos niveles diáfanos, la villa se caracteriza por un bloque interno que conecta las distintas estancias, enmarcado por ventanales y puertas correderas que, por un lado, difuminan los límites con el exterior y, por otro, abren la vista al jardín interior, donde hay un rincón de lectura amueblado con los sillones Tape Cord Outdoor y la mesa de centro Tape Outdoor de Nendo.
La planta baja está concebida como un gran espacio abierto en el que se suceden las zonas de estar y comedor: las líneas racionales, la alternancia de materiales como el mármol, la madera, el acero y la paleta de colores en tonos grises, crean ambientes elegantes y modernos.
Dominando la escena, en la que destaca la escultural chimenea de mármol, hay dos islas de estar. Aquí, la versatilidad de los sistemas de asientos Freeman y Seymour, junto con los sillones Leslie – todos diseñados por Rodolfo Dordoni – ofrece una nueva interpretación del espacio: una zona más íntima para momentos de relax frente a una zona con un ambiente pensado para los momentos de convivencia.
La zona Home Wellness, conectada con el edificio principal y con vistas al parque exterior, ofrece un oasis de bienestar, gracias al confort de los asientos Aston Cord Outdoor diseñados por Rodolfo Dordoni.
El parque, salpicado de plantas y flores, a la penumbra de árboles centenarios, se convierte también en un agradable refugio de la vida urbana, y la veranda con la mesa Quadrado de Marcio Kogan / Studio MK27, acompañada de las sillas Tape Cord Outdoor de Nendo, resulta ser el lugar ideal para disfrutar de un delicioso almuerzo al aire libre.
En perfecta armonía con la naturaleza circundante, la villa fue diseñada para crear el equilibrio adecuado entre los espacios interiores y exteriores, animados por el refinado gusto del mobiliario atemporal de Minotti.
