Lawlen House is a private home in the hills above Los Angeles that boasts a spectacular view of the city.
The design project, developed by architect Paul McLean, features interior design coordinated by Minotti Los Angeles, which selected the sophisticated, elegant furnishings.
Maximizing views from the large living room are sliding glass doors that open onto the swimming pool, bathing the Klimt sofas, Suitcase armchairs upholstered in Crocodile-print leather and Calder coffee tables in light. The dining room hosts the Van Dyck table with Klasen chairs and in the area adjacent to the kitchen, a spacious arrangement of the Hamilton Islands sofa with Caulfield coffee table. In a corner of the living room that leads out to the swimming pool, is a rectangular Lennon table with Bag chairs. For the bedroom, the choice fell on the Bartlett bed, Martin armchairs and a Cernobbio side table.
