Miami, Pine Tree House Residential

Miami, Pine Tree House

The harmonious blend of indoor and outdoor environments is the guiding concept of the Pine Tree House project in Miami. Spanning a surface of 650 m² on two levels, this residence stands out for its privileged location overlooking the Biscayne Bay canal, its high ceilings, and the extensive use of glass surfaces. The Minotti furnishing pieces enrich the spaces with a perfect balance of elegance and functionality.

The entrance opens onto a spacious living area where lounge, dining, and relaxation zones coexist in a continuous dialogue: here, the tailored lines of the Yves Sofa, designed by Hannes Peer, stand out in perfect harmony with the soft, rounded volumes of the Torii Bold armchairs by Nendo. At the centre of the composition, the Bellagio Lounge table by Gordon Guillaumier creates the ideal setting for informal gatherings and conversation.

The adjacent dining area is completely flooded with natural light filtering through the glass walls, creating a vibrant and dynamic atmosphere. Here, the Morgan table, with its elegant and defined lines, is paired with the Mills little armchairs—both furnishing pieces are designed by Rodolfo Dordoni.

The Supermoon seating system by Giampiero Tagliaferri is the protagonist of the relaxation area, recalling the iconic forms of the 1970s, reinterpreted with a contemporary sensibility. The Diagramma coffee table, also by Giampiero Tagliaferri, and the Vivienne armchairs by GamFratesi add character and comfort to the arrangement.

The entertainment area features the Alexander sofa by Rodolfo Dordoni: with its enveloping, generous shapes, it defines a welcoming space designed for relaxation. The Hamilton system, also designed by Rodolfo Dordoni, finds its place in a cosier living space.

Large glass doors open onto a spacious outdoor patio overlooking the pool, designed in seamless continuity with the interiors. Here, the Quadrado modular seating system by Marcio Kogan / Studio MK27 achieves its full potential, with a composition that unfolds in a series of suspended, modular platforms, adaptable to diverse needs of conviviality and relaxation. The patio also hosts an outdoor dining area, featuring the Van Dyck Outdoor table alongside the Aston “Cord” Outdoor armchairs, both designed by Rodolfo Dordoni.

Inside, a striking staircase leads to the floor upstairs, which hosts an additional living area furnished with a timeless icon of the brand: the Freeman seating system designed by Rodolfo Dordoni.

The first floor also features the master bedroom, a serene sanctuary of comfort and intimacy. Here, the centrepiece is the Reeves Bed by Rodolfo Dordoni, distinguished by its tailored elegance and its exquisite artisanal detailing. The Freeman bench completes the composition, while the Jacques sofa, also designed by Dordoni, adds an additional touch of style.

Pine Tree House combines understated elegance with bold, modern architecture, where open, flowing spaces create a dialogue between light and shadow, interior and exterior. The result is a design in which the Minotti furnishing proposals become an integral part of the architecture, helping to define spaces with an authentic, contemporary appeal.
