The exclusive “Chalet H” was recently completed in one of the most famous skiing locations in Austria, Kitzbühel.
The concept of this charming private residence, designed by the Prime Properties Group studio, is that it highlights the lush nature that surrounds it, combining an elegant, classic architecture with characteristic decorative elements of the Alpine tradition.
The large volumes, separated with extreme accuracy on three levels, span a surface area of approximately 620 sqm. and are characterised by delightful stone and wooden coverings, matched with textures and patterns in sophisticated, pale shades, which immediately create the feel of a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
The lounge and dining areas on the first floor, entirely furnished with a careful selection of pieces from the Minotti collection, offer an enviable panorama of the surrounding mountains, thanks to the full length windows.
The star of the living space, opposite the majestic open fire, is the Hamilton sofa, combined with the Reeves armchairs and a variety of small tables, including the refined Huber, Kirk, Kitaj and Florence designs. A true invitation to relax, with a focus on maximum comfort. Instead, the adjacent dining area is furnished more informally, by setting a number of Aston little armchairs and stools alongside a table with a simpler design, featuring a wooden top. Instead, near the living space, a smaller study corner is furnished with an elegant Aston little armchair.
The sophisticated elegance that characterises the indoor spaces is also found outdoors where the armchairs and small tables of the Virginia Outdoor feature, the collection that provides a contemporary take on a decidedly retro feel.
