Located in Be’er Ya’acov, a small town near Tel Aviv, this private home was completely redesigned by Moran Gozali, Founder and Lead Designer of the Moran Gozali interior architecture studio, for a young family seeking a welcoming space capable of creating cosy relaxation areas and a real holiday vibe.
An interior design project created with the most painstaking attention to detail, it is characterised by its refined colour palette and harmonious blend of different textures and materials, ranging from the striking Panda marble slab that frames the television in the large living area, to the fine wood varieties selected for the outdoor space. Large floor-to-ceiling windows connect these two areas, favouring the entry of the daylight and fostering the fluid dialogue between the indoor and outdoor spaces. This is further highlighted by the choice of the same granite-look ceramic floor covering for both the interior and exterior environments, confirming the will to design a large living space free from boundaries between indoors and outdoors.
The penthouse, arranged over a floor area of 220 square metres, houses numerous pieces of furniture from the Minotti collections, intended to highlight the uniqueness of this residential project.
The protagonist of the living area is the Andersen sofa, covered in an elegant light-coloured fabric, which interacts with the large paolina from the same family, creating an oasis of great comfort and conviviality. A pair of Leslie armchairs, the Jacob graphic coffee table, and the Calder “Bronze” side table with Sucupira wooden veneered top complete the space.
Instead, the choice of the bench for the wardrobe beside the master bedroom has fallen on Kirk, a design enhanced by its leather upholstery and extremely precise, sartorial capitonné workmanship. All the indoor solutions, both seats and furnishing accessories, are designed by Rodolfo Dordoni.
The sophisticated elegance that characterises the indoor environments also features in the spacious terrace, which affords a breathtaking view of the city. Here, the Tape "Cord" Outdoor small armchairs by Nendo encircle an elegant round Bellagio “Bistrot” Outdoor table designed by Gordon Guillaumier, with top in Silver Beola.
Spaces brimming with charm, and designed with extreme precision, combining an elegant, modern architecture with the mood of an exclusive resort.
