This luxurious Beverly Hills villa is ensconced behind high walls and lush greenery, ensuring both privacy and exclusivity. The architectural plan for the home was created in the late 1970s by architect Bob Ray Offenhauser. The recent renovation restored all the home’s original charm.
Minotti Los Angeles was asked to curate the interior decor and chose many elements from the company’s vast collection to furnish every room in the house. The light-filled living room features a dramatic, marble-clad fireplace that is perfectly balanced by a Catlin coffee table and lavish composition of elements from the Hamilton seating system upholstered in an elegant ecru color fabric. Choices for the master bedroom include the Yang Bed, Close nightstands, Yang ottoman and Dibbets Cambré rug. The enclosed veranda, with its floor-to-ceiling sliding doors, was furnished with a sofa, armchairs and coffee tables from the sophisticated Rivera collection featuring Pewter color painted metal structure, with base in luxurious iroko wood and elegant woven seats. The Evans "Outdoor" table with top in silvery-green gneiss is paired with Aston Cord "Outdoor" little armchairs.
