This splendid 700 sq. m attic - designed by Red Button Development - is located in a modern residential building that is known for its exquisite finishes and remarkable views of the city of Kiev. Wood floors and walls clad in white brick form the perfect background for light-filled rooms where the underlying signature of elegance reflects a contemporary, minimalist taste.
The living area is divided into several lounge areas furnished with a broad selection of pieces from the Minotti collection. In the first setting, we find a corner composition of the Powell seating system upholstered in grey fabric, with Sullivan and Duchamp coffee tables and Davis ottoman. The dining area features a Toulouse table surrounded by Flynt "Cross Base" chairs and Morrison sideboards and cabinets. Two more spacious compositions are featured in the living area: the Donovan seating system, with Calder and Nay coffee tables, and the White seating system, accompanied by Flynt armchairs and a Huber coffee table.
Many pieces from the Minotti collection were also used to furnish the bedrooms: the Tatlin-Cover and Tatlin-Soft beds, Harvey Line night stands, Williams armchairs and Fulton Desk with Flynt “Wood Base” armchair. And, finally, on the terrace we find the Alison Iroko "Outdoor" chaise-longue with Cesar Outdoor and Bellagio Outdoor coffee tables and Warhol Iroko Outdoor armchairs.
