Located high on a rugged clifftop with sweeping Mediterranean views, Villa Seahouse seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor to create sophisticated living atmospheres that meld beautifully with its spectacular natural setting.
The villa and adjacent guest house sit on 900 sqm of land in one of Mallorca's most desirable locations. Designed by Architect Achim Marwitz, in collaboration with Terraza Balear, the reference interior design studio in Spain and exclusive dealer of Minotti in the Balearic Islands, the two dwellings are connected by a spacious terrace, gardens and an infinity pool, all offering panoramic views of the bay and open sea. Terraza Balear has given life to bright and inviting interiors of unparalleled aesthetics and timeless elegance using soft natural tones and textures, meticulously selected to reflect the tranquillity of the Mediterranean.
At the entrance of the house, the architecture defines an imposing height as the main protagonist of the space. The light oak wood on the ceiling provides a warm hug to the space, whose center is dominated by a couple of Lawrence Clan poufs. Once entered, guests are invited to explore the fascinating living room presenting pieces of furniture chosen from the most recent Minotti collections. Protagonist of the living space, the Alexander seating system by Rodolfo Dordoni faces the Jensen armchair and the Ring coffee table, and is covered with an elegant light fabric, contrasting with the brushstrokes of petrol and turquoise of its decorative cushions. The adjacent dining area elegantly showcases several Fil Noir chairs by Christophe Delcourt, surrounding a wooden dining table, in the name of the pure refinement. Both spaces are designed to be in harmonic dialogue with the outdoor, through large floor-to-ceiling windows highlighting the importance of merging the interiors with the exteriors.
Stepping outside, the main terrace and pool area offer the perfect lounging atmospheres where to enjoy relaxing open-air moments. Huge islands of comfort with the Quadrado modular system by Marcio Kogan / studio mk27 face the outdoor dining area furnished with a massive Quadrado dining table surrounded by several Tape Cord Outdoor chairs by Nendo.
On the upper floor, the night area offers breathtaking views over the sea while reflecting the same atmosphere of warm elegance that distinguishes the entire residence. Protagonist of the master bedroom is the Curtis bed by Rodolfo Dordoni with its peculiar patterned headboard, accompanied by, amongst other pieces, the Jacques armchair and the Noor and Duchamp coffee tables. A bedroom that immediately develops into a private spa, thanks to the presence of the communicating en-suite bathroom.
Villa Seahouse is a true delight for the eyes, creating a serene environment superbly attuned to its stunning natural setting.
